**JOB DESCRIPTION**:Establish creative direction within a companyResponsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completionProvide quality control and projectsBuilding an environment for the creative team to work and overseeing their ideas and projectsMeet budget product standards by forecasting and managing expensesManage team membersSupervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partnersWork with the production team, account team, and strategy team to develop concepts and present to management**REQUIREMENT**:3 - 5 years' experience in a similar or creative roleExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative to give their bestOutstanding planning and project management abilities Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticismCreative eye for design, copy and fashionAbility to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implicationsSolid understanding of the latest fashion trends
