This, in turn, will pave the way for a more productive and sustainable workplace.**Video Production Supervisor****Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma's degree in any related field.- Should have 3 years of work experience in similar position.- Creative and good multitasking skills.- Good knowledge and understanding of computers and digital equipment, also of new and cutting-edge video & photo technology/techniques.- Excellent photography and videography skills.- Proficiency in video editing software.- Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.**Main Job Description**:- Develop video content strategy and objectives to improve brand recognition and increase audience reach & engagement.- Ensure seamless video production (across pre-production, production, and post-production phases).- Develop content strategy and plan, specifically tailored for YouTube platform.- Monitor and provide reports on YouTube account performance; and creating improvements should needed.- Create video content inquired by social media team and the company, in accordance with predefined benchmarks.- Supervise team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
