We are currently seeking for **Vice President GPS Client Service Team Lead **role.**Responsibilities**:In this role you will manage set of team of Client Services with portfolios which focuses in handling queries, driving cash management relationship post sales process; ensuring revenue committed being realized in a timely manner, grow and penetrate existing wallet-share through proactive relationship management and cross-sell new products and/or services. Stringent portfolio and revenue will be key aspects to manage.Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university.Has a minimum 5 years' experience in banking industry; preferably with experience in Cash Management or Global Transaction Banking.Demonstrate proactive relationship and sound understanding of the market.Possess business development, sales, and client service skills will be an advantage.Have a good knowledge in reporting and analytical reasoning skills.- Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and verbal.Team Player with good interpersonal skill.Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across all functions.- **You'll achieve more at HSBC**HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
