Vendor Performance - Spx Express (Jakarta)

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.- Engage with BPO/vendors regarding strategy initiatives, incentives and penalties.- Evaluate BPO/vendor performance on a monthly basis.- Drafting contracts.**Requirements**:- Strong verbal & written communication skill- Good integrity, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.- Previous experience in vendor/client management.- 3-4 years of relevant field experience.- Experienced in using Ms. Excel / Google Spreadsheet- Ability to work mobile and travel when necessary.
