**Activities and Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute non branded disease awareness programs through omnichannel (traditional & digital channels) which lead to improved disease awareness and call to action for better diagnosis and treatment by HCPs/HCOs/ HCEs.- Drive thought leadership across functional teams on omnichannel disease awareness programs.- Collaborate with commercial and market access counterparts to build and execute omnichannel disease awareness programs and identify relevant partners towards healthcare strengthtening.- Utilize relevant research (qualitative and quantitative) data, as well as direct consumer behavioral analytics to identify insights that will unlock disease awareness opportunities for relevant portfolios.- Manage the deployment of global digital content as part of the brand building agenda, in collaboration with commercial and digital team.- Identify new omnichannel customer facing disease awareness initiatives that will enhance the customer experience and drive call to action for patients' better diagnosis and treatment.- In close collaboration with the commercial counterpart, develop innovative disease awareness content and digital assets, engage internal and external strategic partners.- Lead the execution of Access to Medicine (AtM) initiatives and programs, in collaboration with the medical therapeutic area lead and market access counterpart- Define the right KPIs and measurement tools to achieve excellent performance- Manage assigned budget to ensure effective and efficient execution of disease awareness programs, as well as budget compliance.**Required** **Qualifications****:**Education**- _ Required:_ Bachelor degree in any disciplines- _ Preferred: _Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or medical science graduates; Medical post-graduate (e.g. MD), Doctoral Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Ph.D.) or equivalent**Required Experience**- 5+ years of working experience in pharmaceuticals, digital health, healthcare, or consumer goods industry**Preferred Experience**- Successful track record in designing and executing disease awareness or consumer activation programs- Experience in managing media or social media program is a plus- Experience in planning and executing market research is a plus**Skills**- Strong analytical and execution skills- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and gain respect of internal and external stakeholders- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus- Excellent oral presentation skills- Digital-savvy, early adopter of technology and understanding of digital content, channels and social media dynamics- Well versed in technical and scientific languages as well as in translating a complex concept into tangible, simple laymen terms**P**ersonal characteristics**- Independent and self-driven with a professional mind set and positive work ethics- Proven track record of teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership- Results oriented with high sense of urgency and adherence to timelines- Ability to work under pressure with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and resilient to changes.- Acts with integrity, fairness, honesty, and perseverance ("Takeda-ism")**Locations**:Jakarta, Indonesia**Worker Type**:Employee**Worker Sub-Type**:Regular**Time Type**:Full time
