**Job Descriptions**:Represent the discipline of UX Writing across the Product Design team and the companyEstablish a team strategy and visionShow a high sense of ownership to make sure all projects handled by writers are shipped properly from end to end and across products.Advocate for user-centered content while establishing standards and best practicesBuild relationships with cross-functional team members and executives across disciplines, and effectively speak to process, goals, and team visionIdentify opportunities to offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process, and lead projects and initiatives end to endDevelop majoo's voice and tone across all products and services**Job Qualifications**:Minimum 3+ years experience UX writing or content strategy experienceBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing or in the same fieldAbility to think big and understand complex feature sets, shaping content for multidisciplinary projects and a diverse set of user archetypesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSuperb attention to detailAbility to work well on a highly collaborative and cross-functional teamAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environmentExcellent form of communication and great people skills
