Ux Researcher Ops

**Responsibilities**:- Conducting UX research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.- Planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research studies.- Utilizing survey tools like Typeform to design and distribute surveys to users.- Analyzing quantitative data carefully to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can support product development.- Collaborating with design, development, and product management teams to interpret research findings and generate relevant recommendations.- Assisting in the development of user personas, user journeys, and user testing.Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of experience in UX Research field.- Strong understanding of UX research processes, both qualitative and quantitative.- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other team members.- Proficient in using various survey tools, such as Typeform.- Strong quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into valuable insights.- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate research findings clearly and effectively.- Creative, innovative, and interested in user experience.
