Ux & Research Manager

Lead & develop user interface and user experience team to be an effective workforce- Identify user pain points and develop solution to improve user experience- Plan with business executives and stakeholders- Conduct user research to improve user interface and user experience- Liase with marketing, growth, & operation team to build improvement programs- Evaluate & enhance customer touchpoints**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other related fields.- Proven experience (6 years) as a UI/UX Lead, Product Designer, or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of user experience principles, strategies, and best practices.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive insights and improvements.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build rapport with customers.- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve customer-focused goals.- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.- Proven project management skills to plan, execute, and track customer experience initiatives.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and obstacles.
