User Experience Manager

Tasks- Manage the design and development team, and ensure optimal performance.- Customize and extend themes and plugins as needed.- Develop innovative and visually appealing website designs using Elementor, while prioritizing user experience, accessibility, and responsiveness.- Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.- Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.- Develop comprehensive project plans, taking into account resource allocation, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.- Prioritize and coordinate development efforts to meet project deadlines and budgetary requirements.- Provide technical leadership and guidance, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, and encourages open dialogue and constructive feedback.- Providing regular updates on project status.**Requirements**:- Strong expertise in design with a demonstrated sense of aesthetics.- Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven track record in leading a team and dealing with user experience.- Excellent English communication skills.- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in website development.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.- Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
