User Experience Designer

Smartven is helping Direct-to-Consumer businesses deliver unique omni-channel shopping experience and reach more customers in high traffic areas such as shopping malls, offices, apartments, and schools using Smart vending Machines.The User Experience Designers are responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.**Responsibilities**:- Understand the customer's needs and use cases, and be able to articulate them to the company's vision.- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product- Define the product strategy and roadmap- Define personas, user flows and wireframes in order to design the most effective interaction experience.- Work closely with designers and developers to implement their work into a functional product.- The User Experience Designer creates delightful, easy to use software and website interfaces.- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification- Offer creative solutions for complex problems.- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders on the team.- Produce design assets of excellent quality; be able to describe in detail how they interact with various screen sizes or mediums.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Design, Psychology, Marketing.- Minimum of 2 years experience in User Experience or User Interface design- Proficient in visual design and wire-framing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Maz
