**Responsibilities**:1. Responsible for operating user activities, including initiation, campaign design, implementation, result review, and responsible for the revenue and ROI of activities.2.Develop tiered subsidy strategies for user acquisition, responsible for the growth of deposit trading users and the efficiency of fund utilization.3.Develop corresponding acceptance plans for users from different channels, aiming to improve the conversion rate of user deposit.4.Design tiered activity plans and strategies to promote active trading and improve retention for deposit trading users.5. Study the trends of competitors, user operation activities, etc.**Requirements**:**Requirements**:1. Bachelor's degree, more than 3 years of practical experience in user activities operation.2. Familiar with user referrals and various subsidy activities.3. Strong logical thinking ability, strong data computing and analysis ability.4. Fluent in English and can be used as a working languageKPI requirements:Achieve ARPU1000usd per trading user, (plus 1000 deposit trading referral users with an average deposit of 1000 USD), reward 2-month salary as the year-end bonus. If achieved per capita ARPU1500(plus 2000 deposit trading referral users with an average deposit of 1000 USD), reward 6-month salary as the year-end bonus.Probation requirements:1. Activities of user acquisition for each channel, increased user acquisition efficiency of xx%, the average amount of deposit increased XX%.2.
