About our company:ChatDaddy is the first WhatsApp Automated Marketing platform in the world, and offers one-stop management of WhatsApp system to small and medium-sized enterprises.Main features:Industries we have been serving:Beauty/Hairdressing/Makeup, Sales/Retail/Wholesale, Education/Financial services and Retail stores, suitable for all industries that need to handle a large number of customers.ChatDaddy help simplify the team customer service process and provide a comprehensive marketing plan.**Responsibilities**:- Developing graphics, logos, and other visual elements for digital products.- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.**Qualifications**:- At least 2-3 years minimum experience as UIUX designing- Bachelor's degree in relevant field- UI design portfolio- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to discuss and explain design options- Able to rapidly prototype & demo ideas- Excellent working knowledge of figma- Detail oriented- Critical thinker- Problem solver and customer-centered- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.**Experience**:- UI UX design: 3 years (preferred)- graphic design: 3 years (preferred)- Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction: 3 years (preferred)
