Responsibilities
• Doing the costing based on the Travel Designer's budget• Responsible for booking hotels• Assisting and contacting customers during their trip• Maintaining good communication with vendors• Creating activity table and Hotel Voucher• Synergy with the finance team for payment• Modify itinerary based on customer request• Discussing with Travel Designer regarding costing, itineraries, and availability• Handling minor complaints from ongoing customers• Printing itineraries and creating booking list
Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism• At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry (Fresh graduates are welcome)• Familiarity with travel costing and creating itineraries• Proficient in English• Good communication skills• Fast learner, highly oriented, and attention to detail• Computer literate• Proficient in Google Suites and Microsoft Office• Able to work from office in Tangerang
