Innovation, execution, and continuous development are the traits that Traveloka holds on consistently.Discover what it's really like to unlock your skills and potential through innovation at Traveloka.**Your Role**:As an Associate Product Manager in Transport product team you will have the following responsibilities:- Take ownership & have deep understanding of Flight product's behavior and technical journey, as well airline and supply partners system and process.- Work with team with multiple nationalities & backgrounds to maintain system stability, meet operational metrics & be prepared for mitigating disruptions- Responsible to coordinate & gather feedback from internal & external stakeholders- Have the Understanding of business, user, and technical context to manage projects & make necessary decision for product operation.- Take responsibility to coordinate problems analysis and do what it takes to solve within a short period of time- Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university. Majoring in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunication.- 4 years of working experience in tech related field and/or 2 years of combinable working experience as one of the following IT position: Technical Product Manager, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer or System Analyst.- Willingness to run the extra miles and work with unpredictable schedules (i.e., standby on instant communication channel in case issue arises).- Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high pressure situation.- Ability to prioritize action plan & distribute task effectively during high pressure situation.- Ability to work on several different projects and prioritize resource allocation between projects.- Excellent communication skills, highly resilient and good analytical skills.- Experience in creating a good technical document, product requirement document, or RFP document.- Proven track record of maintaining, troubleshooting & managing incidents in a critical environment.
