Training Manager

Located in the heart of Jakarta''s Sudirman Business District, Alila SCBD Jakarta is the ultimate urban boutique hotel and a social playground for business and pleasure, with Vong Kitchen and Le Burger as the dining and entertaining venues.

You will be responsible for planning anddelivering training programs and activities and for ensuing that the Alilaculture and spirit is alive and well within the hotel. You will work withdeparmental trainers on the development and implementation of on-the-jobtraining to ensure that all team members are fully trained in their roles andable to deliver the high level of service that Alila is known for.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

- Degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field
- Previous experience in delivering training and developing training programs and materials ideally in hospitality or a customer service related industry
- Strong communication, training and presentation skills
- Passionate about developing others and yourself
