**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training plans.- Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of engaging training sessions and workshops.- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, resources, and manuals.- Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools.- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events, activities, and surveys.- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.- Foster open communication channels to gather employee feedback and ideas.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training and engagement efforts.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and employee engagement.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.- Prior experience in training or employee engagement is advantageous.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Creative mindset for developing engaging content.- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.- Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills.- Enthusiastic about fostering a positive work environment.- Additional certifications in training or employee engagement are a plus.- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is beneficial.- Previous event planning experience is advantageous.- Basic data analysis skills preferred.- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta & full WFO**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Your Current Salary (Nett)?- Your Expectations Salary (Nett)?- How long did it take you to join our company?**Experience**:- Training & Employee Engagement: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
