As we continue to grow and thrive, we are seeking a passionate and skilled **Training & Development Staff** member to join our team and contribute to the growth of our educational community.- Developing and implementing training programs to improve teaching techniques and classroom management.- Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.- Coordinating with department heads to tailor training programs to specific needs.- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments.- Managing and promoting training programs open to public- Providing the technical assistance needed to conduct inhouse training- Keeping up-to-date with the latest educational trends and methodologies.- Assisting in the development of educational materials and resources.**Qualifications**:- Undergraduate from a reputable university majoring in psychology and education Management.- Experience in designing, providing, and arranging training for at least 2 years- Able to speak and write in English fluently- Skillful in making engaging and professional presentations for training utilizing different kinds of apps- Able to work independently and also well in teamwork- Have analytical skills for designing and evaluating Professional Growth needed**Join us in our mission to nurture and empower the educators who shape the minds of our future leaders.
