Training & Development Collection Manager

Ensure accurate reporting of new joiner training provided by trainers.- Deliver refresher training to existing employees and ensure proper documentation.- Maintain and update the schedule for refresher training sessions.- Regularly review and update training materials on a monthly basis.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, banking, or related fields.- **At least 2 years of valuable experience as a Trainer or QC** to our dynamic team.- Ignite your passion for the financial technology industry.- Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.- Elevate your career with effective coaching, facilitation, and team-building skills.- Strong communication and presentation skills, ensuring your ideas resonate and inspire.- Harness your strong analytical skills to drive impactful results.- Craft compelling narratives with proficient writing skills, showcasing your ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.- Fluent in both Bahasa and English (is preferred).
