Training Coordinator

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
At least 5?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Education or equivalent.
Assist in identifying training need, planning, and facilitating professional development activities
Organise group-level professional development activities based on the identified needs.
Manage the SIS training website and communication
Manage the training database and coordinate with the HR department to log these activities with the system.
Collect feedback and log data for decision making
Develop and maintain a collection of resources for teacher self-development.
Provide training or coaching activities in their area of expertise.
Coordinate and participate in the academic meetings and activities conducted by the Director of Academics.
Coordinate with AHT for academic accreditation and school matters.
