Job Description =Function as a individual contributor in day-to-day operations to monitoring alerts, including urgent requests/ queries and aged items;- Performing review of transactions, documenting findings, including escalates, and assists with resolution of, more complex problems and critical issues;- Review and analyze underlying data gathered to assess reasonable cause to escalate an alert to an Investigation or to clear the alert;- Update process and documentation to capture any changes/improvements identified, including identify potential enhancements required.Job Requirements:Relevant experience leading a team in the area of Fraud Monitoring- Good analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking- Minimum Bachelor's degree- Yogyakarta based.- WORKING IN SHIFT is plausible in supporting 24/7 modelJenis Pekerjaan: Paruh WaktuGaji: Rp2.700.000 - Rp3.000.000 per bulanJumlah jam yang diharapkan: 40 per minggu
