27541Job Desc:- Make sure the training running smoothly, to achieve better attendance & effectiveness- Create Data, monitoring and evaluation- Make sure invitation and schedule fit the training timeline- Coaching DAX (Driver)Requirement:- **S1 preferably from Psychology, max 29 Years Old**:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Trainer- **Good knowledge and experience in Training Needs Analysis and Training Effectiveness**:- Proficient in working with Ms. Excel and/or Google Spreadsheet- Strong Communication, Presentation, Influencing skills and proactive.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Up to Rp4,900,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Trainer: 2 years (preferred)
