Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Trade Execution Coordinator, will help coordinate and execute moderately complex trade execution and contract desk activities. In this role, you will ensure all data are properly captured and reported as well as maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely statuses of operations. Key AccountabilitiesSupport Trade Execution and Contract Desk activitiesPrepare and manage data for quality, traceability, shrinkage, certification audits and supervision costsMonitor LOI cancellation with agents and tanker deskManage contracts to ensure their clauses are fully understood and executable, to guarantee legal and fiscal requirement complianceMaintain and foster established relationships with customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners, such as supervisory companies, laboratories, agents, warehouses, trucking companies, buyers and sellersIndependently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staffOther duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceOther minimum qualifications may apply
