Brand Recruitment**: Responsible for the recruitment of target brands in ID market and negotiation of business terms, assisting brands to complete the entire process of settling in.**2. Sales improvement**: Increase brand sales and achieve gross profit targets through high quality content supply, shoptab operations, brand activities, etc.**3. Special support**: Responsible for cooperating with product, logistics, IMC and other XFN teams to improve brand exposure and conversion efficiency.**Qualifications**:**Minimum Qualifications**:1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies. Retail related experience is preferred.2. Deep understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape3.
