We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for Country Policy Engagement Managers to strategize and execute on our seller engagement and education initiatives to drive quantifiable outcomes demonstrating policy penetration and adoption. You will also lead communication research to innovate on the policy engagement and localization approaches, and engage with sellers to sense-make on business operational problems.**Responsibilities**:1. Responsible for developing local policy communication plans using internal and external tools to achieve maximum policy adoption and engagement across different seller segments.1.1 Set and achieve measurable communication targets demonstrating adoption rates.1.2 Execute communication plan by developing local communication/ promotional/ training content suitable for offline and online channels, as well as conducting webinars and training.1.3 Research, experiment, and lead stakeholders to come up with new ways to ensure effective policy communication and adoption. This may include scoping A/B tests or engaging with sellers.2. Localize seller policies and strategies to take into account local country nuances. Convert policies into implementable rules and SOPs that can support at-scale enforcement, e.g. by automation, moderators, customer service agents etc.2.1 Develop policy training materials and conduct training.3. Responsible for monitoring and improving sellers' policy adoption metrics.4. Responsible for a group of sellers' performance metrics (e.g. Defect Order Rates) - monitor and engage to gather feedback, diagnose pain-points, increase policy adoption, and solve their operational problems.4.1 Develop reports, analyse feedback, and feed insights to cross-functional teams to address policy, product and process gaps.1. Bachelor's Degree or above.2. 2-5 years of experience in communication strategy and execution, content development, seller engagement and training from e-commerce platforms and brands, management consulting.3. Ability to conduct communication research as well as set, measure, and achieve quantifiable communication targets.4. Strong understanding of social media, influencers, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends.5. Strong communication and public speaking skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.6. Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally.7.
