Testing/ Product/ Quality Technician

**Job Description**:**Job Overview**- Responsible for troubleshooting of each tester- Reduce tester downtime and frequency- Tester Maintenance (TPM) and calibration- Other matters from the supervisor- Responsible for the maintenance and verification management of replacement spare parts of the production line- Tester set up, release, maintenance, troubleshooting- Production first contact window for tester hardware issue- Tester regular calibration support- MSA operation and report generation, release tester in time- Engineering activities support, DOE running, test program verification- Support PRM for testing data analysis, evaluation, and lot release- Actively leading CIP projects for tester related- Blocked parts handling, storing and release in production line- Support failure analysis activities as per OCAP or as directed by supervisor- Execute any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**- A minimum of 4 years of working experience in semiconductor device handling and repair of contacting units with pogo-pin- A minimum of professional certificates in the field of Electrical or Mechanical- Able to work as a team with good teamwork & communication skills- Accurate working and able to perform technical analysis, mechanical and electrical skills- Possess good problem-solving skills with poka yoke concept knowledge- Able to perform technical discussion and able to report technical issues in a systematic manner- Possess good understanding on the correlation's quality, cost and delivery- Readiness to reduce Co2 according to company target- Able to determine improvement potential in the assigned area- Able to guide, lead & instruct operators- Willing to work in a rotating shiftAdditional Information- Flexible working hours- Leave Entitlement eg: Annual Leave, Medical Leave- Company Insurances and etc
