Job Description and Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange all documents needed for tender. Upload, send, monitoring tender announcement and made follow up to PIC or relatable division
- Arrange all files, filling project tender and post-qualification documents
- Arrange sales order documents, sending mail and follow up
- Ensure price and tender contract is up to date
