Telesales Supervisor

**Office Location**: West Jakarta**Key Responsibility**:- Lead and manage a high-performing telesales team, setting clear targets and goals.- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the telesales team to enhance their skills and performance.- Collaborate with other departments, especially in the credit area, to ensure seamless operations and a customer-centric approach.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of success.- Previous experience in the banking industry, with a focus on credit area, is highly desirable.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to develop and implement successful telesales strategies.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Familiarity with relevant software and CRM systems.- Willing to WFO (West Jakarta)Pay: Up to Rp8,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Telemarketer: 5 years (required)
