Essential Experience / Criteria (mandatory):- Min D3 any major With GPA 2,75- Experience in telesales/telemarketing minimum 1 year- Able to achieve daily, weekly and monthly target- Highly motivated and not give up easily- Clear Articulation and excellent communication in Bahasa- Sense Of Empathy- Able to set the friendly tone (smiling voice)- Good analytical skill- Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%- Fast response, effective and efficient in working- Able to work within dynamic environmentDesirable Experience / Criteria (preferred):- Experience in customer service area- Able to speak English with minimum passive communication**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
