Telesales Agent

**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs, and close sales- Always strive towards meeting sales quota- Follow up with the existing customers to get feedback and understanding of the issue- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/dispute**Requirements**:- Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or associate degree is a plus- Minimum 1 year experience as tele-sales; fresh-gradutes are welcome to apply- Proven record of met quota- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills- Fluent in local language (Javanese)- Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software- Willing to be placed at SurabayaAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Telemarketer: 1 year (required)
