Persyaratan- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints- Persistent and results-oriented- Fluent in English- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role- Patient and able to handle customer rejection- Minimum education of Bachelor DegreeTanggung Jawab- Presenting products to customers and establishing strong relationships with them- Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirement- Effectively use sales techniques to deal with sales prospects- Create a good sales strategy to achieve targets- Good at handling data, and create weekly recap- Analyze behaviour and make a good relationship with potential customer
