Make phone calls to potential clients through databases- Promote the company's products and services- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers- Provide professional advice to clients & understand their financial needs- Handle client's objections- Guide clients through account opening process- Answering incoming calls from prospective clients- Maintain good relationship with clients- Keep call and sales records- Make regular summary reports to the supervisor**Requirement**:- Male or female, 18-35 years old- Fresh graduates are welcomed- Those with telemarketing experience are preferred- Have good communication skill- Have good working spirit- Able to work well individually and with the team- Able to work under pressure- Discipline and target oriented- High responsibility- Willing to learn- Strong growth mindset- Organized and detail-oriented- English language will be a plus**Other Terms**:- Fixed salary plus bonuses- Long term career track- Intensive Training Course**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 per month
