Telemarketer

We're looking for exceptional **Telemarketers** to join our growing team immediately!**NOTE: All Resumes should be in English.**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Outbound and inbound calling and/or appointment setting using a dialer or VOIP system- Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources- Manage and organize leads in CRM; Ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management- Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents- Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to dateQualifications:- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cold Caller or relevant role- With Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills (Oral and Written, Excellent spelling and grammar- Solid organizational skills- Excellent time management skills- Able to work on a US time zone shift- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)- Tech Savvy- Proactive attitudeTechnical Requirements:- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature- Working Webcam- Primary and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 MbpsSchedule: Full-Time and/or Part-Time (PST, MST, EST, or CST)**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Cold-calling: 2 years (required)- Telemarketing: 2 years (required)- Sales: 2 years (required)
