**JOB DESCRIPTION**Join a dynamic team shaping the tech backbone of our operations, where your expertise fuels seamless system functionality and innovation.**Job responsibilities**- Improve operational stability and availability through participation in problem management- Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools- Assist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders- Assesses risks and controls including server hygiene, vulnerability & security management and recognizing gaps in processes and escalating actions plan.- Supports location specific resiliency, audit and compliance activities from local CIB Tech perspective.- Maintain strong partnership with different business stakeholders & liaise with local vendors, service providers and regulatory parties.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering or other relevant majors- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques- Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework- Technology development/project management/delivery experience, preferably within Banking financial services sector.- Good communication skill in English and strong proficiency in Indonesia Language is essential to liaise with the local vendors and regulators.- Experience of working with internal audit teams and external regulators, especially those based in Indonesia.- Willing to participate in occasional maintenance and releases on weekends and ad-hoc support after office hour.- Experience of using monitoring tools & scheduling tools for production support and some level knowledge of network infrastructure- Knowledge of Unix/Linux/SQL/Python/VBA/Scripting languages and the coding skills are preferable.**ABOUT US**J.P.
