Set up new customer base and responsible to execute E2E all plans in order to achieve the revenue targets as well as increase the exposure of Indosat B2B products & services in the market place and customer centric focus to maintain loyalty.- Identify and develop new opportunity- Define road map activities agenda and execution to the appointed sales target per quarterly basis up to yearly targets.- Execute corporate sales activities as planned for Indosat Business services- Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solution and pricing that needed by customer.- Engage with customers to fully understand the business needs and propose the right solution to fulfill those needs & drive revenue for IOH- Fully understand IOH products and design the optimum product solution to meet customer needs- Manage sales plan & sales activities- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards- Manage sales workforce & sales performance- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.- Develop solution proposal as a part of RFQ, RFI, and RFP processes based on the customer requirements**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, with Master degree in Business or Technology Management preferable..- 5 - 10 years minimum experience across B2B Sales functions- Professional skills, e.g. presentation skills, client engagement skills- Having experience in Sales - Account Manager for Multi Segment, or, Pre-Sales - Sales Consultant or Project Management- Having knowledge about B2B Sales methodology- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close- Proven knowledge and experience in IP Network and Indosat Product- Proven ability in monitor and evaluate the performance, make recommendations and also ability to give right direction and use initiative and judgments
