It deals with IP Contracts termination, suspended or novated activities of SABIC/SABIC affiliatesglobally. This job risk early identification and mitigation as well as proactively engages with the right stakeholders. It has an important role to understanding existing and newprojects tax related issues and complication. This role requires close alignment with many stakeholders, namely, BUs, Business T&I, Engineering & Project Management,Corporate Manufacturing, Affiliates, Finance, Procurement, Tax, SGT, Planning & Control and Legal.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Finance/Accounting related field- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of petrochemicals- Desired: Enough experience to understand the IP related Contracts- Job Specific Skills: Possess high negotiation skills and demonstrates strong interpersonal, and communication skills**Duties and **responsibilities*****:- Managing and monitoring IP and Confidential Technology exchange within the affiliates and with third parties globally- Leads IP contracts exits and close-out for terminated, suspended, novated and completed Mega projects.
