Technician Laboratory/Qc

Ringkasan Fungsi:Analyzes in-process and final product samples to ensure compliance to Quality standards. Evaluates and reports test results. Uses Quality systems in place and ensures that daily operations are safe and comply to SH&E requirements. Report to Quality Manager, Quality Lab Supervisor and/or Shift Leaders. May also work in support of research and development activities.Tanggung Jawab:- Obtain samples from multiple locations and conducts multiple analyses to determine quality and reliability of products or feedstock. Tests for quality, performance and chemical characteristics.- Evaluates and reports test results in an accurate and timely manner. Uses Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) to enter test results. Determines compliance with Quality standards.- May set up tests and equipment and conduct special functional tests on products or other materials.- Ensures test equipment being used is calibrated and in safe operating condition. Coordinate with the maintenance personnel for any suspected behavior observed in the test equipments.- Uses system to enter work orders and requisitions.- Participates in scheduled safety meetings and completes safety training requirements.- Performs any duties as assign by QA Manager and/or Laboratory Supervisor.- Supports and participate company goals and objectives.- Participates ISO-9001 implementation and ensures compliance to applicable requirements.- Participates 5S implementation program.Persyaratan:- College Diploma or equivalent with basic knowledge in Chemistry.- At least 1-3 years experience in relevant field.- Basic knowledge in analytical techniques, chemical-handling, and laboratory procedures. Knowledge in ISO standards is a plus.- Manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to details.- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problem.- Written, verbal communication and active listening skills in English. Computer literate. Ability to read and interpret complex operating instructions. Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-based environment.- Excellent organization skills in order to complete various sample tests simultaneously.- Flexibility in performing changing assignments and work schedules.
