Technical Writer (P2P Lending)

Strategic managers, content specialists, conceptual creatives, producers, SEO experts, product managers, and others are among the impact players who are held match-fit for your brand.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with other departments to communicate products and engineering requirements.- Regularly correct documents when there are any product or engineering updates.- Disseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience.- Create minutes of meetings with internal and external teams.- Collect feedback from customers and internal teams.- Create engineering requirements documentation such as API Contract and flow business process diagram.- Create TSD, FSD, and BRD documents.- Work closely with the Compliance team regarding the forms or documents needed.**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer; working experience in Fintech industry is a plus.- Master the structure and technical documentation writings.- Have basic knowledge of SDLC and Software Development.- Adaptive to management changes.- Able to manage cross-division documentation well.- Excellent technical writing skills.- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.- Good time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.ntNhy4mbs0
