Technical Trainer

**Duties**:1. Create and review technical training programs according to organizational requirements2. Prepare training schedules? classroom agenda and training materials? such as presentations? worksheets.3. Develop course content according to objectives4. Perform and conduct on-site training when needed5. Manage data on completed courses? absences? issues etc6. Evaluate overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements**Requirements**:- Degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical, Computer, Information Technology, Mechanical)- 3+ years' experience of working on ATM/CRM Engineer- 1 year experience as a Technical Trainer position- Preferably Trainer with good communication and presentation skills- Computers skills : Ms. Officer (Powerpoint, Ms. Excel)- Language competency : English & Bahasa**Salary**: From Rp15,000,000 per month
