Technical Support

Installation & configuration of a computer hardware, software system, networks and printers.- Testing and performing system upgrades following new releases.- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.- Investigate, Diagnosing and Solving hardware or software faults.- Coordination of software repairs to vendors.- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.- Provide on-site support to all store locations for survey, installation of new store or daily routine maintenance of store.- Monitoring and creating daily reports.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the same field or relevant.- Having experience/knowledge in the POS Industry is a BIG PLUS.- Initiative,enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things.- Good in problem-solving skills.- Have a driving licence.- Willing to travel whenever required.- Some Evening and Weekend schedules will be required.**Job Types**: Temporary, ContractContract length: 2 months**Salary**: From Rp4,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Sumedang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Deadline: 02/06/2023
