Technical Support

**Responsibilities**:- Acts as the first line of service for the customers, having the ability to serve them and to coordinate any commercial, technical or operational issues.- Monitoring all project to ensure it runs smoothly involves a series of steps and best practices.- Conducting investigations and making decisions regarding devices that are Offline on that day.- Preparing letters, documents, permits and payments for the freelance team.- Collaborating with Delivery Team and Support Team to resolve device issues.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top university.- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Customer Service Role, Client Support or Customer relationship- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.- Highly organized with good analytical problem-solving abilities.- Administration experience in Zendesk, Help Scout, Qontak or other similar software- Strong understanding of technologies- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Willing to work shifting 24/7- Domicile around Karet, Central Jakarta is a must**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
