Responsible to implement the Company’s technical advisory policy, in particular regarding fixing assistance of all company’s products include ensure our products function properly so as to provide maximum values to our customer. To assist Marketing Managers on promotions, advertising and exhibition activities.
Description:
To implement company customer service policy, in particular regarding customer complains and fixing assistance, in Jabotabek, Sumatra, West & Central Java region
To assist sales teams to meet their targets within the marketing and customer service policies frameworks ;
To assist Quality Control at in understanding customer complaints and in preparing recommendations ;
To ensure customer service plans are understood and followed by all staff.
To answer diligently, in relation with the concerned sales representative, all customers enquiries regarding tiles specifications, handling, fixing, complains
To contribute to the implementation of the structures and processes, from sales administration to invoicing, to answer Company’s Customer orientation and to enable a close co-ordination between all functions ; To communicate regularly with sales, marketing and production departments on customer enquiries
To contribute to effective internal communication and relations between departments to answer company vision (operational excellence, customer orientation & commitment to product and service quality)
To support, together with Marketing Manager, when required, on new product development, identifying opportunities, in particular for accessories, preparing a commercial justification and getting agreement, forming an appropriate project team, planning and implementing the launch
To contribute to the preparation and planification of exhibitions, shows, seminars and customers function
To participate in stock takes on a regular basis as and when required
To report every month-end to Customer Service Manager a summary of customer complains status/action plan
To maintain, in relation with Marketing Manager, a photographic library on houses and products for Brochures, Advertising and Promotion
To conduct her duties following Group policies (Principles of Action, Leadership profile)
To uphold the image of the company and its brands within the marketplace
