**Desired skills and experience**- Telemarketing/BDM experience in the IT industry- Excellent communication skills, confident and articulate telephone manner- Ability to acquire new product information quickly and explain complex technical offerings- Must be FLUENT Vietnamese and be able to speak excellent English as well.- Know and understand the challenges of prospecting as well as possess a number of different skills for engaging and working with gate keepers.- Keep up to date with latest high-tech industry trends and topics- A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail- The ability to build rapport quickly with a range of prospects- The ability to understand technical information as it relates to IT products and services- Drive and persistence as well as strong objection handling experience- Able to manage a pipeline and progress leads through to a sale- Advanced spoken and written English skills; able to have persuasive conversations- Solutions sales experience and able to identify opportunities- Ability to work autonomously and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment- Flexible, adaptable, and diligent with a positive and friendly attitude.- Technologically savvy and about ability to learn quickly- Strong computer skills, experienced with Office 365, Chrome, Zoom- Attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking- Reliable, attention to details and self-motivated.- Communicating with clients across multiple channels to request relevant support documents and clarify information- Communicate with and maintain relationships with other employees and stakeholders both internally and externally**Responsibilities and desired outcomes**- Outbound B2B calling to designated sectors and territories- Lead management and developing opportunities through account qualification and collection of information around projects and business pain points, etc.- Executing multiple campaigns on a daily basis- Identifying C-Level decision-makers and building strong strategic relationships- Conducting research and developing lead opportunities for various external clients' services or solutions**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent**Experience**:- Telemarketer: 1 year (required)Application Deadline: 02/13/2023Expected Start Date: 02/13/2023
