Responsible for meeting the Technical productivity Target for EAJP EMS (QVE,COS, Should cost, Lean, etc ) Organize productivity idea generation workshop to ensure we have 2 times the pipeline than target for all levers Do cost benchmarking and improvement on CSC by QVE, COS, Automation, Lean, Should cos and new RFQ for Rabalance Ensure alignment with LOBs of Productivity ideas, funding and set priorities to get targeted result Consolidate targets and YTD achievements on its scope. Work to resolve issues Manages cross functionally stakeholders and with factory leaders in a project mode. Update management progress report monthly Reach cluster KPI (AOC savings on Technical Productivity, On-time schedule. Ensure standard working processes and methodology among the EMS / factories in its scope.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science or related field or equivalent Experience as Technical or Quality background preferred with strong Industrial knowledge – Project management experience on Cross functional projects is a strong Plus. If you experienced with cost, Lean manufacturing, and purchasing background would be an advantage Familiar with Global Supply Chain & Line Of Business organization matrix Fluent English in writing and speaking, sufficient knowledge in MS office software / Additional language (Bahasa Indonesia / French / Mandarin / Thai / Vietnamese ) is a Plus. Experience working with multi-cultural global teams having managed them directly or indirectly will be an advantage. Demonstrated ability in leading change in a multi stakeholder environment.
