Technical Planning Staff - Bsd 1

Collaborate with consultants in preparing Site Plans, Design Schematic, and Technical Drawing.- Review the consultant drawings.- Site visits during the construction period.- Prepare document tender and ensure tender process well run.- Resolve any design problem that come up in the field.- Provide recommendations and design solutions with consider to time, cost, and quality.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.- Minimum 3 years of working experiences as junior architect in mid to highrise building.- Able to analyze Drawing to found the critical point.- Able to create an integrated implementation methods (architecture, Structure, MEP) and network planning.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
