We are currently hiring for:**TECHNICAL OFFICER****QUALIFICATIONS**1. Fluent in English (TOEFL Min.500 or IELTS Min. 6.0).2. Under 35 years old.3. Indonesian Citizen and domiciled in Indonesia.4. Education: Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, preferable in Epidemiology.5. Experienced in surveillance and response, preferably related to infectious diseases min. 3 years.6. Familiar with health issue and ASEAN, preferably have experienced in project international.7. Skills:- Knowledge of epidemiology.- Knowledge of risk assessment, epidemic and pandemic preparedness, readiness and response.- Knowledge in programme management.- Excellent organizational, data management (SQL, Microsoft, power BI, python/R), data visualization (tableau/ GDS/ SQL/ python/R/ ESRI), analytical skills, complemented by good interpersonal skills.- Knowledge in DHIS2.- Proven ability to listen, conceptualize, innovate, plan and execute ideas as well as transfer knowledge.- Ability to write reports and technical documents in English and Indonesian.- Ability to work under pressure and to develop innovative approaches.- Ability to work harmoniously in a team, adapt to diverse cultural environments and maintain high standards of personal behaviour.**JOB DESCRIPTION**1.Provide ongoing technical guidance and training, to the Ministry of Health and team members involved in the planning and data/information management process on data gathering and analysis, quality assurance, performance monitoring, information dissemination and management.2.Support the timely and high-quality collection, analyses, production, and dissemination of reports/information. This includes response-specific information, situational reports, disease alerts/bulletins, risk assessments, and aggregation of information relevant to the ASEANRegion.3.Aggregate and maintain information from ASEAN Secretariat, ACPHEED Center Focal Points, and partners.4.Develop tools to harmonize data collection across the ASEAN Member States to facilitate consolidation of information and respond to specific information requests from the technical teams and partners, identify gaps in health information management, and ensure information and knowledge-sharing dissemination with all partners.5.Design and manage databases, spreadsheets, and other data tools, related to the ABVC by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and comparability of quality and high-value data, and consolidating operational information on a regular schedule to support ABVC analysis.Send your cover letter and complete CV toApplications are received no later than **26 May 2023**Contract duration until December and will be extended**Job Type**: Contract
