**Job Descriptions**:- Maintaining and administering proper Technical Advisor data & documents.- Overview of the technical state of the building - initial audit.- Establishment of a revision plan for technical facilities and their securing; monitoring the deadlines for revisions and removing any defects.- Elaboration of operational rules for technical facilities in the building.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering.- Min. 3 years working experience in similar position.- Fluent in English (written and verbal).- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.- Computer literate (Ms. Office).- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.- Willing to be placed in BSD.
