Team Lead Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Training new members of the sales team- Setting sales quotas- Answering questions from the sales staff- Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary- Completing sales reports and other administrative work- Addressing customer service issues that need to be escalated- Supporting the sales management team as needed- Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals- Maintaining positive customer relations- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff**Requirements**:- A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, IT or a related field may be advantageous- Experience in sales is a must, especially as IT Sales min. 2 years- Have a good understanding of Cisco, Sangfor, Fortinet, Juniper, Ruckus, Paloalto products- Have good Leadership skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills- Have good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills- Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environmentJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp8.000.000 - Rp10.000.000 per bulan
