Job Information- Position Name:- Tax Superintendent- Work Location:- DKI Jakarta- Employment Status:- Permanent- Minimum Year of Experience:- 5 Year(s)- Closing Date:- 15 May 2024Job Responsibilities- Reviewing the sources of tax data used for fulfilling the company's tax obligations to ensure the reported tax data is accurate.- Reviewing the calculations of taxable income and tax liabilities (for tax return filing) to strive for optimal tax compliance.- Drafting a concept for responding to correspondence from the tax office to provide accurate explanations regarding the company's tax compliance.- Reviewing the latest tax regulations and identifying potential impacts on the company to ensure smooth business operations.- Conducting tax dispute analysis and coordinating activities to prepare objections and steps to handle tax compliance cases, ensuring that arguments, explanations, and supporting data are available at the tax office.Job Requirements- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a background in Accounting.- Certified with Brevet Pajak B is a must.- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Tax in Power Plants, Smelters or Mining Industry.- Willingness to be placed at the Jobsite in Head Office, Jakarta.
