Tax Staff Accountant

**Responsibility**- Maintain and update accounting records and files- Analyze budgets and create expense reports- Check tax policies and handle tax payments and returns- Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting matters- Post transactions and categorize records in ledgers (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)- Bank statement reconciliation- Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders- Perform month-end and year-end closing- Prepare documents for audit- Implement new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations- Report to Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes**Requirements and skills**- Similar experience as a Staff Accountant or a relevant role in accounting- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets- Mastering accounting information systems- Having Brevet A&B certificate is a plus- Good math skills- Attention to detail- Strong organizational and communication skills- Confidentiality and integrity**Salary**: From Rp2,900,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Tax & Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
