Tax Litigation & Dispute Junior Associate

Prepare the data request checklist and compile the data- Identify the taxpayer's objection- Analyze regulation and previous verdicts in a similar case- Drafting objection letter- Submitting a letter to the relevant agency- Pick up and submit the document to the client- Drafting objection & appeal letter**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Fiscal Administration with a minimum GPA of 3.00- Have Brevet A & B- Have experience in the tax consulting Industry- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and long working hours- Skilled in influencing people, communicating effectively, and building relationship- Have a good grip on financial statement analysis- Apprehend the PP 74/2011, PP No. 1 /2012, PP 94/2010, & UU Cipta Kerja
